It starts with context, not with the agent.
The Context Compiler continuously creates a live view of entities, relationships, obligations, lineage and current operating conditions. Every agent that acts, acts on this view, and every fact in it shows which system asserted it.
What should happen next is determined by rules, not improvised.
The Logic Controller applies business rules, policies, priorities, constraints and thresholds to the compiled context to determine what should happen next. Same facts, same policy, same answer.
Decisions become execution across the estate.
The Action Builder converts those decisions into execution across applications, agents, digital workers and people. Nothing acts outside the flow, so nothing acts outside the boundaries.
Boundaries are defined before anything acts.
Autonomy Governance defines the envelope within which autonomy can operate:
- Which agent can access which data
- Which systems it can call
- Which actions it can perform
- Which actions are prohibited
- What conditions must be satisfied
- What level of confidence or authority is required
- When human intervention becomes mandatory
So governance is enforced before and during action, not only audited afterwards.
Visibility into what is happening, measured against those boundaries.
- What an agent is permitted to do
- What it is attempting to do
- Which context and decision triggered it
- Which policies and authority apply
- Which systems, data and other agents are involved
- Whether it remains within its permitted autonomy
- When execution must pause, escalate or transfer to a human
- What outcome was ultimately produced
